Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, we will verify it via WhatsApp or a phone call.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We only offer Cash on Delivery. No advance payment is required — you pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.

Delivery Time

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–3 business days
• Other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS so you can track your package.

Failed Delivery / Order Refusal
If a delivery attempt fails twice and the order is not received, it will be automatically cancelled. Repeatedly placing and refusing orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

Wrong Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.
